The website offers an automated assistant ("ClikClak Bot") designed to answer questions about CLIK CLAK SàRL repairs, services and products.

This assistant uses the Anthropic API. Messages entered in the chat window are transmitted to Anthropic to generate a response. Users must not transmit sensitive data, passwords, PINs, banking details or other confidential information through this assistant.

Anthropic acts as a processing provider under its commercial API. According to Anthropic's policy, content transmitted via the API is not used by default to train models unless the user explicitly opts into a programme for this purpose. For information on Anthropic's data practices, users may consult Anthropic's privacy policy directly.

CLIK CLAK SàRL uses Upstash Redis to prevent abuse and limit excessive use of the assistant. No raw IP address is transmitted to Redis. A pseudonymised technical identifier (irreversibly hashed) is calculated from technical connection data and used as a Redis key. The Redis instance is currently hosted in a European region.

Technical rate-limiting counters are retained for a maximum of 24 hours. In case of repeated detected abuse, a temporary block may be applied for up to one hour. Full conversations are not stored in Redis by CLIK CLAK SàRL.

The assistant does not constitute a contractual commitment. Any information provided by the assistant must be confirmed directly with CLIK CLAK SàRL to be binding.

The website uses browser local storage (localStorage) for the following purposes:

• storing cookie consent preferences (preference key, no fixed expiry);
• temporary persistence of cart contents (only if the shop is active, key clikclak-cart-v1);
• no personal identifiers, email addresses or phone numbers are stored in localStorage.

This data remains on the user's device and is not transmitted to CLIK CLAK SàRL or third parties. It can be deleted at any time from browser settings.
